Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Our support team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with return instructions.


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at hashirbusinesses@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
